Cinnamon Bun / Kanelbulle
The “Kanelbulle” has its roots in the 20’s and is filled with butter, sugar and cinnamon. It's by far, Sweden's most famous bun and it's estimated that 7 million of them are sold on Cinnamon Bun Day (4th Oct) alone and that 51% of the population eats one, or two.

Vegan Cinnamon Bun / Kanelbulle
The Vegan cinnamon bun is made with the same traditional methods (and love) as our original cinnamon bun. We've swapped the butter for a vegan plant based butter - topped with pearl sugar. Yum!

“Karlspader”, "Sockerbulle" or "Vaniljbulle". There's a Swedish saying that goes: "Kärt barn har många namn" translating as: A loved child has many names. This dough has a heavenly texture and is laced with vanilla throughout.

Cardamom Bun / KardemummabulleThe Cardamom Bun is filled with cardamom (surprise!) and is the closest cousin to the Cinnamon Bun. It's sometime referred to as a knot because of the baking technique used, twisting long strips in to a knot. This bun is decorated with granulated sugar and coarsely ground cardamom seeds adding a lovely texture and crunch.Low stock

This is one of our favourite Danish pastries! Layers of flaky, buttery, laminated dough with a thick layer of delicious marsipan filling topped with poppy seeds. This pastry has an amazing texture and goes too well with your morning cup of coffee.

Danish / Wienerbröd
This is sweet laminated pastry who's concept was brought to Denmark by Austrian bakers in the 1850's. The recipe was partly changed and accommodated by the Danes to their liking, and has since developed into a Danish specialty which was later adopted across all the nordic countries including Sweden. Filled with jam and custard.

Chokladboll is a treat that's been around since 1943 and is a chocolate flavoured, oat ball with a hint of coffee and pinch of salt. You’ll find them in both Sweden and Denmark. They come rolled in coconut or Swedish pearl sugar.

"Polly" is a Swedish chocolate covered, chewy foam drop flavoured with vanilla, arrack and butter toffee. We combined grandma’s old brownie recipe with polly and voila - the Sydney's top 3* brownies was born. (*some have told us) And it's GF!

Classic Saffron Bun / Lussebulle

A warm, sweet, mouth melting Christmas saffron bun richer than gold. It takes 150k flowers of Crocus Sativus to make 1 kg of saffron which makes it more expensive than gold per gram.
It was originally called Lusse-cat is named after the devil Lucifer. In the 1600's ppl believed that the devil showed up in a shape as a cat. Lucifer is said to be afraid of the light so they baked catlike buns in a bright colour to keep the devil away.Low stock -
