Cardamom Bun / Kardemummabulle

The Cardamom Bun is filled with cardamom (surprise!) and is the closest cousin to the Cinnamon Bun. It's sometimes referred to as a knot because of the baking technique used, twisting long strips in to a knot. This bun is decorated with granulated sugar and coarsely ground cardamom seeds adding a lovely texture and crunch.
