Stepping inside our Manly bakery on Sydney’s Northern Beaches is a whole experience – from the smell of freshly baked cinnamon buns and the sound of the coffee machine and conversations, to watching our bakers in action through the open kitchen, shaping buns, baking bread and creating the cakes and pastries that fill the bakery each day.
From buttery cardamom buns to our much-loved Princess cakes, everything is made with a love of traditional Swedish baking. All our signature bakes are also available to pre-order for birthdays and special occasions.
