Nyåkers Pepparkakor – Gingerbread cookies 500g

Lots of little hearts gathered together in a beautiful retro tin. Baked according to the original recipe from 1952, the spices are perfectly balanced and the biscuits have a lovely crisp texture. An award-winning favourite, Nyåkers gingerbread biscuits are still baked the same way they always have been – at home in Västerbotten, Sweden.

Perfect with a coffee or mulled wine, on a cheese board (especially with blue cheese!), or crushed into the base of a Christmas cheesecake.

Loved by Swedes and Aussies alike, they’re one of those tins that somehow disappears much faster than expected. A Christmas pantry staple – and a lovely little gift, too.

A little biscuit heads-up: These gingersnaps are delicate and packed loose inside the tin, so a few may arrive a little more snapped than intended. We pack every order with care, but unfortunately can’t guarantee that every biscuit will survive its journey completely intact.
